Kick off with drinks at Southside’s Kiki Kiosk bar, set in an urban forest against an industrial concrete backdrop. Nestled into the Fish Lane Precinct of Brisbane’s cultural and arts hub, you’ll think you’re in Melbourne but only with tropical weather. Settle in for a five-course banquet lunch with an East Asian twist – drunken scallops with fermented chilli jam, duck ragu, pork and prawn sui mai with caviar, truffle spring rolls. Drooling yet? Pair it up with an optional wine-matching experience or drinks package – you can’t go wrong. Looking for a mid-week experience? No worries, we take you to all-time favourite Brisbane restaurant, Happy Boy, for a delicious Asian fusion 5-course lunch!

Next stop – City Winery. It might be in the heart of the city, but the grapes hark from the vines of Australia’s world-class wine regions including the Barossa and Yarra Valleys. The guys at City lovingly craft every drop and they’ll guide you through their best-sellers, including the “Deathbox” Grenache.

Still thirsty? We hope so! To round out the afternoon, choose between Australia’s celebrated Stone and Wood Brewery and Grandad Jacks Distillery. From humble origins in iconic Byron Bay, Stone and Wood have found a rustic heritage-listed building to create the backdrop to a tasting experience to be remembered. Much-loved Pacific Ale to seltzers, cider, sours or kombuchas – we’re spoiled for choice! Dip into the limited release Counter Culture range including Peachy Cheeks Sour, Tequila Queen Margarita Sour and Mango IPA or sample some of the pilot batches on tap.

If a distillery is more your style? We can accommodate that too. Grandad Jack’s unique core range gins, paired with tonic water, are a perfect way to finish the day. Just let us know and we’ll change your final stop to the up and coming cool neighbourhood of Albion. QUESTIONS

How long should I book in advance?

If booking for a tour on a weekend day, it is recommended that you book at least one month in advance. If booking on a weekday, at least two weeks in advance is recommended.

 

Do you offer peak and off-peak pricing? 

Yes! Tours which run mid-week are cheaper to book than if booking for the weekend. Make sure to check the different pricing options by licking on the “Book Now” buttons above.

What’s the minimum group size for a  private tour? 

We can provide private tours for groups as small as two – however, as we’re sure you’d understand, groups of this size attract a significantly higher price per person. While our regular vehicles seat 11 people, we can accommodate groups of up to 40 with the use of larger buses. All private tours are by appointment, are subject to availability and must be enquired for in advance to ensure our preferred venues can accommodate our group.

 

What happens if venues on the tour are booked out for a function?

The itinerary is subject to availability and may be altered to differing times as well as alternative suppliers when booked out for functions or events. We will always communicate any changes to existing itineraries if they occur.

 

How do I secure a booking?

For groups of 8 or more, to secure a booking, you must pay a 50% deposit for a public tour booking. The balance is then due at least 7 days prior to departure. While for groups smaller than 8, a full payment is required to secure a booking.
