Gold Coast Sunset Cruise: Sailing Stunning Waterways

The Gold Coast has stacks of dazzling waterways, from mansion-lined canals to shimmering turquoise lagoons. But spending time on the water is hard without your own yacht. Thankfully, Kiff & Culture has a solution: a gourmet Gold Coast sunset cruise.

From high-class dining to smooth sunset sailing, this glamorous trip gives you the best of the Gold Coast in one unforgettable afternoon.

A Five-Course Banquet Lunch

Nobody wants to hop on a three-hour cruise with an empty stomach, especially when the fridge is full of frothies. That’s why we begin this decadent adventure with a five-course banquet at our favourite Gold Coast restaurant.

Our journey starts in Rick Shores, a Burleigh Heads-based Pan-Asian restaurant with sweeping beachfront views. A smorgasbord of oriental delicacies comprises your five-course banquet lunch, from Pickled Shrimp Miang to Hiramasa Yellowtail Kingfish and Sichuan Roasted Duck Breast.

Of course, you’ll get to try their signature dish. Rick’s Moreton Bay Bug Rolls smothered in Sriracha and hand-made mayo has become a massive hit on Insta.

Order a few tipples a la carte or get the three-hour drinks package (from $100 pp) to kick off a stonking good session. If Rick Shores isn’t available on the day, we’ll call to confirm an alternative arrangement. But don’t fret. We promise the backup will be just as good.

Sail the Gold Coast in Style

Once lunch is done, you’ll pile into our swanky Mercedes vehicles and head towards the pier. But first, a quick stop at a local bottle shop to stock up on BYO drinks.

An experienced captain will greet you upon arrival and provide a quick safety briefing. Once everyone has settled into our fine sea-faring vessel, we’ll set sail on the Gold Coast sunset cruise. Sweeping coastal views, refreshing sea breezes, and gentle ocean waves await.

The three-hour sailing cruise gives you ample time to soak up the scenery and catch up with your crew. The Gold Coast is renowned for its spectacular sunsets, and there’s no better place to witness the magic than on the water.

A professional photographer will be on hand so you needn’t bother snapping pics for your socials.
